Service Animals must wear their government-issued vests while on property -Emotional Support Animals DO NOT qualify as service animals according to the ADA -A minimum fee of $250 is subject to be charged if the following is violated: -Unclaimed pet(s) for reservation upon booking and/or check-in. -Do not permit your pet to get on the bed coverings or the furniture. If additional cleaning is required for bedding, carpeting or furniture, or if any damages are incurred due to your pet -No more than two pets may stay in any quest room without prior approval of management. Left Coast Lodge reserves the right to refuse housing of any pet at its sole discretion for any reason. If a complaint is received about a noisy or aggressive pet, the owner will be contacted. If the problem persists the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property and receive no booking refund. In the event that the Lodge incurs any loss of business due to noise complaints, a commensurate loss fee will be applied to your guest account. -Guests take full responsibility for any damage caused by or liability arising from their pet to any person, the guest room or any other area of the property -Pet may not be left alone on the property or in the rooms at any time unless management approves in advance. Additional reminders for all pet parent: -In consideration of other guests, please clean up after your pet(s) everywhere on our property. There are complementary waste pick-up rakes/shovels around the property as well as garage bins throughout to be used for your pet waste. -Pet(s) must remain in your control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier if outside your room (excluding fenced in dog run area)
