Just a short car trip from Windermere Lake, Windermere Hydro Hotel is a Victorian setting in Bowness-on-Windermere and features exclusive views of Windermere Lake. It is an excellent base for those wanting to get back to nature, with the Lake District National Park just steps away. Guests of Hydro can unwind with a range of relaxation facilities at Swimming Pool, which features a sauna, a Jacuzzi and an indoor pool. Free Wi-Fi is provided for those guests wanting to stay connected while travelling. Rooms provide an alarm clock, a desk and a private bathroom. They all offer a telephone, an in-room closet and heating. The hotel also provides afternoon tea. Each evening, guests are welcome to wind down in the comfortable lounge bar.
