The ground crew in London were 5 stars, as was the food. Unfortunately, the flight crew were less than professional, and regularly absent. They also did not manage rude and I ruler passengers.

In our flight 3 times we had hard time . Fist 4 hours delayed. On flight back to LA 12/1/25 From Bonus Aires to Mexico City our airplane did not get a gate to to drop off passengers. The airplane staff called from airplane regarding this delay when we get to the gate we were late 5 minutes. They didn’t open the gate and didn’t allow us to go. . We missed our flight. We stayed in hotel. I missed one day work with no pay.that is very important for me Which is of your fault not me You should compensate the price and give us refund. I cannot explain this one day missing to my boss.
