It can probably be considered the worst business class in aviation history. Poor poor or mediocre doesn't even come close to describe the old non fully reclinable seats and the service as far as food was concerned was awful!
Inform your passengers regarding connection flight information. If needed to exit the plane or stay on. If you need to exit where to go (gate information). Also, Avianca should have available everything on their Food menu. Especially when Avianca is charging their passengers for food/ water.
Avianca makes you pay for water or any other non-alcoholic beverage on an international flight, that’s not acceptable.
The are in decadence. Really bad experience in all sense.
Tight seats, not so comfortable, food for purchase on an international flight. Low quality of food. No entertainment as there are no plugs to charge your devices. Gave me the impression of a low budget airline flight.
