Pros:Crew was very nice and the seats were just average.

Cons:I paid extra fare for my whole family to gave more comfort and leeway on luggage. My grandson compact stroller was checked in as a regular bag in the return flight.

I will never travel on Viva, they were rude and I even got told by one of their staff that they didn’t need to be nice to me, and help me fix my flight delay to get home. Will never fly again with them.
