Pros:The staff were wonderful! They were so helpful and patient in what was a difficult circumstance at times

Key west had no cars even when reserved. Had to wait 2.5 hours and still problems renting a car. Rep finally gave us a convertible as that is all they had. We appreciated getting the car but were very frustrated about the delay.
