I payed kayak to hold my rental when I got to the rental spot they refused to give me and rental and never got my money back

When I returned the car there was nobody at the meeting point to check the car condition and sign the paperwork. I had to walk all the way to the main office to get the paperwork done. A 5 minute drop off turned into 1 hour.
