Customer service was great . Very quick pick up and drop off but car itself was dirty and smelled horrible. It was not well maintained

Pros:Staff was courteous and quick to facilitate the rental. Pick-up and drop-off were very easy.

Cons:Avis claims to "feature a 100% smoke-free fleet" but they seem to have missed at least one vehicle. The smoke odor was terrible in our rental and made any car trip over our vacation week rather unpleasant.

Gas tank was not full. There were sticky tape marks on outside of car doors. Otherwise, I was satisfied. The attendant at desk in Mobile alabama was very helpful and professional.
