I was told the rental car was a standard 6 speed transmission. I agreed to this. I had been many year (50) since I drove this type of transmission. It took some time to get used to it but I managed. looked the drop off process at the Munich airport but I havn"t yet seen the final bill. I did see an unexpected charge for $160 that I wasn't expecting. I fill the tank at the airport so the car actualy had more gas when i returned it than when i picked it up. I did get a parking ticket and am expecting to pay that, but i would have guessed it would take longer to show up.

First of all, I was charged double. Despite the fact that my card was charged upfront, upon my arrival they told my my card was not charged and they processed a 2nd payment, second of all, prices were extremely high including insurance. and last but not least, I selected Renault Megane wagon for 450 EURO for 7 days ,but once I found out it was manual gear, I downgraded to a smaller car Opel Corsa yet I was given same rate. after negotiation they gave me 20 euro discount but my card eventually was charged with the original amount

We really loved the car they gave us, comfortable and very easy to drive. Also, the technological features helped a lot to move around on places we didn't know. Overall, a wonderful experience

I do not understand why I need to pay extra when returning auto to different location when thy stick you with a unit that has license plate of the country that the car is returned too I will be reporting this to the better business bureau
