Cons:The air conditioning didn’t work so I had to drive in a 100+ degree car for 7 hours. It was miserable and unsafe. I’m very disappointed in this rental

No happy and will think twice before renting from budget or using Priceline. Long line at pick up - 1 hour to get car - then car had not been cleaned and gas tank was not full. I called customer service before I left airport to report less than 3/4 full gas tank. I told girl at gate car was not washed/cleaned but she insisted it was. Car had sand on floor mats, hood and windows dirty and paperwork from previous customer still in car. Then I had to wait in line for 20 minutes when I returned car to make sure I wasn’t charged for gas. Agent couldn’t confirm and told me to check back in a couple days and call back customer service if I saw any additional charges on my credit card. I rented the car for less than 24 hours- not a good experience.
