We were informed the rate we got was a rate for foreigners, and not for Danish citizens. Our rental was cancelled and we were left without any car.

This car rental transaction turned out to be a complete rip off. I took a taxi to the location provided in the confirmation and Fox Car Rental was nowhere to be found. Local merchants said there used to be a car rental company there but they’re gone. I called their phone number repeatedly and no one answered. When it looked hopeless, I tried to cancel online but the site told me I couldn’t because the pickup time had passed. So I ended up walking down the street to Budget, paying 5x the cost, lost an hour+ of my trip but at least got on my way. And I still haven’t been able to get a refund of the money I paid for renting a car at a company that doesn’t exist.

I never took the car. They refuse to cancel my booking. How can I pay for a car that I never sign for or receive any keys for. FOX Rental are thieves . Please do not rent from them.

Goood people but offsite location and no overnight shuttle 12-4am meant night at airport and early car return. Way too expensive 150 dollars for just a few hrs. With all the add ons.
