The people were awesome and the car did a great job. The only problem was how the rental returns were parked in front of the available cars so I wasn’t able to get my rental as quickly as I paid for. It cut into at least an hour of my time.
I like the deal that I have with you, but at the time of the pick up I paid for a Full Size car (Toyota Camry or similar) and I get a compact car (Ford Ecosport) and that was not what I paid for. The answer from the Budget was that they don’t have any other car available. I should get a discount from Budget because is not fair to pay the amount that I paid for a compact car
It was fine
Pick up experience: ladies at the kiosk desk were rude, slow and unapologetic. Drop off experience: Tried to return it an hour early. Terrible customer experience. Tried so long to try to get a hold of somebody to even inquire about this. No one at the airport desk, and called 3 different customer service phone numbers.
The car pick up in Greensboro was not as smooth as it could have been. The car they originally gave me was not the one I reserved. Honest mistake? Not sure. It was corrected but that took more time than it should have. The time to complete the r3ntal agreement at the counter took longer than i have experienced with other rental agencies.
