Budget Miami Airport refused to rent us the car due to us using debit card instead of credit card. And they have failed to process a refund, as we had paid upfront.

Staff were excellent and very patient. There was a longer que than expected but the staff were professional and worked through it within 30minutes. Overall easy pickup, signing of docs and drop off. 10/10

Took 45mins to get out the garage. Very little customer service from the dudes working there, seemed to want to quickly get rid of you and didn't read the booking. Super odd rental experience.
