They literally maxed out my car for a car I returned
Drop off is great but the pick up was HORRIBLE. we booked through Priceline and paid in advance. When we got to the counter we had to pay AGAIN (contested) even though I showed them I had already paid THEN we had to put down a security deposit (understandable but not explained in advance). After 45 minutes of the agent trying to complete the paperwork, we finally left the counter to pick up the car. When we get the the garage and look in space marked, it’s EMPTY. Searched all over garage and head back to counter only to be told it’s in another area of the garage - nowhere near where we had been told to look. Come on Thrifty, get your act together.
The car was dirty and full of sand
Travelers had to wait 2+ hours to get a rental. When finally going up to receive reservation, may be turned away.
