When arriving at airport called number for shuttle to pick up only to be told the company went out of business stranding me at the airport with no rental and offered no help. Didn't receive any prior notice that they went out of business so I could make alternate arrangements
We got there and there was no car available
Easy access from airport, walking distance to most hotels. Friendly staff member Letty was informative and helpful!
Last minute change not reflected on their website regarding taking a car out of county which would trigger a $500 charge each way
