I ARRIVED IN MY OWN VEHICLE WITH A DRIVER, WHICH DUE TO LACK OF SPACE I PARKED OUTSIDE THE PARKING LOT, LITERALLY ON THE NATIONAL ROAD, AS MANY OF THEIR OWN VEHICLES WERE PARKED. ENTERING AND EXITING THE PARKING LOT IS DIFFICULT AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, DUE TO THE OVERCROWDED PARKING LOT. I HAD TO BE THERE DURING THE EMPLOYEE SHIFT CHANGE AND THERE WAS A PERIOD OF A FEW MINUTES WHERE WHILE THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMER, THEY COULDN'T SERVE ME BECAUSE THEY WERE FIXING SOME INTERNAL PROCEDURAL PROBLEMS. THEY ALSO HAD SOME DIFFICULTIES CHANGING THE VEHICLE I WAS GOING TO TAKE. THE PRICES ARE VERY GOOD, HOWEVER.

It would be nice to be able to reach the specific office I rented from by phone in an easy way instead of waiting forever and then getting cut off from the automated phone system

Insurance was really expensive (35 euro per day), almost as much as the rental price (50 euro per day). I feel cheated

Cheap car, but slow service to and from airport. They pushed their insurance, flat-out said that our supplemental insurance was worthless, which didn’t work on me but did convince a member of our party to volunteer to pay. This rental service basically cost the same as a more expensive one in the end, only with more headaches.
