There was only one agent at check in who left for his at one point and one agent from the next agency counter had to take over . Longest line and slowest moving line was Dollar . On the plus side , the drop off was greatest ever .

The car was great. Brand new! Service was good. Only bad thing there was only one person working and it was a slow process. Other than that no complaints.

They keep pushing you to upgrade or saying that you will get a compact car even when they don’t have any compact cars there. My suggestion is to stay strong to your choices and if it doesn’t work, go back and ask for an upgrade.
