It is not at the airport and the shuttle service is not reliable. Book somewhere else.

Just get a bigger lot to many cars /traffic all around in the area Overall great service and price !

When I arrived at the airport the rental store was not with the others and I found out they were offsite and a shuttle was required. I called them to request a shuttle and was put on hold for over 1/2 an hour, was hung up on, and several times there was no answer. When I finally got through, someone told me that my vehicle was no longer available because they only hold it for 1/2 an hour (my flight was delayed by 2 hours). They also said my payment was non refundable. I paid, didn’t get the vehicle and had to use another company, and lost over an hour of vacation time while trying to get through to them. Other companies told me they hold the vehicle for 10 to 12 hours and couldn’t believe what Economy Rent a Car said. Worst experience ever.

Location was closed by the time my delayed flight arrived. Nobody picked up the phone nor responded to my voice message. Had to book next day form a different vendor. Not worth the slightly less expense rate.

This was the smoothest, easiest transaction we've had renting a car in our last few attempts. The staff was friendly and accommodating with picking us up from the airport and getting us back there on time to catch our flight. I would rent from here again and recommend anyone else to do the same.
