Unfortunately, Europcar was a third party. The rental company was fox. This company should be avoided at all cost. They did not have the car I rented and wanted to charge more for a minivan I don’t need. They don’t accept driver licence from France. They try to force you to add as many fee as possible. I ended up without a car and I’m now waiting for a refund. Terrible experience. Europcar should not work with them.
