Pros: The car was clean and had Bluetooth. Cons: The car was a downgrade from the one we chose. We had picked an electric vehicle and instead were given a gas guzzler. The car was quoted to give 35mpg but turned out to give around 16mpg instead. The counter agents took an inordinate amount of time to process us even though we had reservations both times. No efficiency at all. The cruise control system was broken and made the drive very frustrating.

Was a good price for the week. Just got a mid suv that wasted more gas than expected vehicle I was thinking I was going to get. They have a Nissan rogue on internet but got a jeep instead. And then half way threw change oil light came on, wish they would have done a better inspection on it
Like that they're in-terminal. HATE that they gave me an electric car and were very, very rude saying it was my only choice for a car and I should be happy they were serving me at all at such a late hour (I'm not kidding or exaggerating).

Liked the agent at pick-up. They said I'd get a RAM Rebel, but I got the Classic 1500, no running boards, no bed-liner, no push-button ignition (kinda hard to get used to inserting keys), but it did have SiriusXM.

The representative at the office is very mischievous. While I was there she called someone to let her know she forgot her driver's license. My mind I said let me make sure she gives me all my credit cards and license back. I asked her for the key for the car she told me she gave it to me I said no you didn't she said yes she did. I walked to the car search my purse and I had no keys. I walked back to the office to get the key then the guy came out and said he had it this is a game they play. When I went back to turn the car in I stopped and got $5 of gas. The representative asked me did I want a receipt and I said yes she said oh I have to take this fee off it'll only take a second. And I said what fee she said the fee for not putting gas I said I put gas she said I know that's why I'm going to take it off. I said why would you put it on there if you didn't know if I put gas or not she said well I could track you and see you then go anywhere so I assume you didn't put gas I said why would you assume. She said she tracked my car and said I didn't go anywhere and I said if you track my car you start putting gas. Again it's my belief if I had not asked for a receipt she would have added an extra charge on my bill when I asked for a receipt she knew that I would recognize her overcharging me for something I didn't get. I also believe if she's the manager of this site you need a new manager.
Could not get the type of car I booked. Delayed for almost 2 hours before I could get on the road.

Had the truck that I needed. I didn't like that when I called Enterprise directly, the rental rate quoted me was over $400 for 1 day!!! Ridiculous!!! I went through the travel app & for the exact same rental from the same location for $53.00. That seems like very poor business practices by Enterprise.

This enterprise location does not have a drop box for after hours returns. So I had to keep the car overnight when I didn’t need it, which means I had to pay to park it overnight.
Unlike other car rental locations I’ve been to, the staff here was very friendly and attentive, I was very surprised.

Tesla couldn’t drive 30 minutes without draining 20% of the battery. Had to charge the car once or twice a day. Each day our trip was filled with anxiety because we didn’t know if we could make it to where we wanted to go and had to constantly look for a charger. Budget didn’t care. Argued with us. We got four different solutions and promises from four different people and ultimately just screwed over.

I had only a debit card and no outgoing flight so Budget refused to rent even though I had reserved online and had been charged to my debit card. I want my money back. If you can get my card charge refunded i will be happy. Also make it clear that you only accept “credit” cards and not debit cards. Also what’s up with needing an outgoing flight—I’m a local and needed a car cause mine was in the shop. Please fix this
I needed a truck with a tow package. They didn't have one available. Not sure why anyone would have a pick up without the ability to tow a small trailer. It's about a 300-500 dollar add on when purchased.

We loved the car we rented and had a super easy time getting it from the airport. We had such an early return flight that we were there before the rental place was open, so we weren't clear on what to do with our rental. We ended up just leaving the keys in the car at the dropoff location and it worked out just fine. Would definitely rent from them again.

I was in San Antonio to clean up my father-in-law's house so I asked and pre-paid for a pickup truck. Upoon arrival they had no pickup trucks and I ended up getting a mini van needless to say the mini van didn't work as good as a pick up and ended up renting a uhaul. All in all very disappointing when you prepay for something you expect to get what you prepaid for. Though the staff at the facility were very friendly and helpful this is still UNACCEPTABLE and would like someone to reach out to me.

You need to inform online customers, of the airport rules when trying to pick up a vehicle locally. I rented a vehicle and pay for it online went to pick up the vehicle only to find that because I did not have a flight back to the airport I could not rent the vehicle. Why wouldn’t kayak Priceline whoever the hell is selling us tell the people that are renting it and giving you their money upfront that there a certain rules at the airport in terms of rentals.
Never was able to pick up the car due to them being closed. Had to rent from another agency. Seems like a chronic issue they have according to other rental car agencies on site.

Fox Rental Is Not A Good Company & I Will Not Rent From Them Again. When Asked If I Wanted Minimum Or Maximum Coverage, I Said Neither. I Have My Own Insurance. They Charged Me Anyway. When I Called CS To Straighten Out The Bill, They Told Me They Would Give Me Credit On My Next Rental. I Told Them, I Didn't Want Credit, I Wanted A Refund ($44.97). They Said If I Didn't Take The Credit, I Would Not Get Anything Back.

The staff was extremely accommodating when I picked up the vehicle because the one originally selected for me was too big and would have been difficult for me to maneuver around. They were diligent in finding me the right vehicle and very understanding.

The reservation was incorrect and tried to correct it but was not allowed. I did not pick the dates that appeared, but no one would listen and simply stated that is what you chose. The credit card was charged with no use of a car. I even called afterwards and the company stated there was nothing anyone could do. Our company has used them before, but because of this error on their part will not use again. For a couple of hundred dollars they will loose thousands???? I still rented, but at the airport kiosk.
I was told i did not need to pay for anything else yet the person chqrged me with insurance and would not let me take the car unless i paid for it.

Nice car, clean, quick check in. Car did need an oil change so kept getting messages about it. Car also had a small windshield crack but I had taken photos of the car at pickup and pointed it out at drop off. I was impressed with the gas mileage it got too (ford escape).

We were sent to the garage to pick up our car after checking in at the Alamo desk. There was no one to be found in the garage to select a car. I was with my wife and 7 month old child and the garage was freezing cold. After around 10 minutes of looking for someone to help us, a nice man who worked for the airport (and NOT Alamo) was kind enough to help us get a car. We then had to select a car seat and install it ourselves in the cold. No one checked to make sure it was installed properly. I am sure this is a safety violation of any rental car standards at a minimum. The whole ordeal took over 30 minutes causing us to almost miss our flight in Austin. I will never rent from Alamo again.

It would have been so much more convenient to pick up in my hometown. Unfortunately I had to travel out of town to pick up and drop the car off. Other than that it was convenient dropping it off. I was a bit concerned that there was no inspection done along with a rep before and after.
