Terrible service . No cars available for my reservation. Waited an hour for them to tell me they have been out of cars all day .

Was a good price for the week. Just got a mid suv that wasted more gas than expected vehicle I was thinking I was going to get. They have a Nissan rogue on internet but got a jeep instead. And then half way threw change oil light came on, wish they would have done a better inspection on it

Customer service tried to get me a smaller car. And I had to wait over an hour and a store that are picking up. The car pick up time was 12. But by the time I received, the key was almost 1 PM. Vehicle had so many damages on the scratches and made me very uncomfortable driving it.

Liked the agent at pick-up. They said I'd get a RAM Rebel, but I got the Classic 1500, no running boards, no bed-liner, no push-button ignition (kinda hard to get used to inserting keys), but it did have SiriusXM.

The representative at the office is very mischievous. While I was there she called someone to let her know she forgot her driver's license. My mind I said let me make sure she gives me all my credit cards and license back. I asked her for the key for the car she told me she gave it to me I said no you didn't she said yes she did. I walked to the car search my purse and I had no keys. I walked back to the office to get the key then the guy came out and said he had it this is a game they play. When I went back to turn the car in I stopped and got $5 of gas. The representative asked me did I want a receipt and I said yes she said oh I have to take this fee off it'll only take a second. And I said what fee she said the fee for not putting gas I said I put gas she said I know that's why I'm going to take it off. I said why would you put it on there if you didn't know if I put gas or not she said well I could track you and see you then go anywhere so I assume you didn't put gas I said why would you assume. She said she tracked my car and said I didn't go anywhere and I said if you track my car you start putting gas. Again it's my belief if I had not asked for a receipt she would have added an extra charge on my bill when I asked for a receipt she knew that I would recognize her overcharging me for something I didn't get. I also believe if she's the manager of this site you need a new manager.

This enterprise location does not have a drop box for after hours returns. So I had to keep the car overnight when I didn’t need it, which means I had to pay to park it overnight.

When I got to the counter to pick up my rental vehicle I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I Did Not Cancel My Reservation! I looked like a fool and was highly disappointed. I had only a debit card and no outgoing flight so Budget refused to rent even though I had reserved online and had been charged to my debit card. I want my money back. If you can get my card charge refunded i will be happy. Also make it clear that you only accept “credit” cards and not debit cards. Also what’s up with needing an outgoing flight—I’m a local and needed a car cause mine was in the shop. Please fix this

I was in San Antonio to clean up my father-in-law's house so I asked and pre-paid for a pickup truck. Upoon arrival they had no pickup trucks and I ended up getting a mini van needless to say the mini van didn't work as good as a pick up and ended up renting a uhaul. All in all very disappointing when you prepay for something you expect to get what you prepaid for. Though the staff at the facility were very friendly and helpful this is still UNACCEPTABLE and would like someone to reach out to me.

You need to inform online customers, of the airport rules when trying to pick up a vehicle locally. I rented a vehicle and pay for it online went to pick up the vehicle only to find that because I did not have a flight back to the airport I could not rent the vehicle. Why wouldn’t kayak Priceline whoever the hell is selling us tell the people that are renting it and giving you their money upfront that there a certain rules at the airport in terms of rentals.

There was gunk all in the front cup holders. The car was flashing “needs oil change” from the first five minutes through the whole trip. Otherwise everything was great!

The staff was extremely accommodating when I picked up the vehicle because the one originally selected for me was too big and would have been difficult for me to maneuver around. They were diligent in finding me the right vehicle and very understanding.

The reservation was incorrect and tried to correct it but was not allowed. I did not pick the dates that appeared, but no one would listen and simply stated that is what you chose. The credit card was charged with no use of a car. I even called afterwards and the company stated there was nothing anyone could do. Our company has used them before, but because of this error on their part will not use again. For a couple of hundred dollars they will loose thousands???? I still rented, but at the airport kiosk.
