Charges $740 dollar after drop off. I will not come back to budget. I am not going recommending friend and family about this.

Everything went excellent except the vehicle smelt like smoke, and right on the window it had a sticker that there was a 450 dollar cleaning charge. I noticed immediately but was in a rush and didn't go back inside to ask for a new car. Other than that hiccup it was great.

When I picked up the car the employee was wearing sweats and a tshirt, they told me they only had 1 vehicle left unless I wanted a truck or a transit passenger van. The car was dirty and stunk, had dings, pieces missing off of the front bumper where a missing fog light should have been, the armrest in the back seat was stitched up with needle and thread, there was a issue with the brakes and a check engine light kept coming on.

The guys at Budget in Ft Worth were excellent in customer service. I rented here because airport prices are outrageous, but I’d rent again from this location because of the service. Thanks, Budget, for a great experience on my 40 day rental!
Not transparent. The associate was trying to unload a low demand car(compact SUV, sedan) on me saying that he had no intermediate or large SUV. However he relented when I persisted and I was given an intermediate SUV.

We where quoted a price but when we got there they charged a higher price not only that but the wait time was over 2 hours and before we even got there we were given 3 different locations to go pick up the car overall it was the worst ever. And multiply that times the other 150 to 200 other people that got the same or worst. JUST PITAFULL !!!!!!!!
Avis was a headache to rent from. They allow you to reserve vehicles that aren’t actually in stock. I reserved a 12 passenger van at an Avis in West Fort Worth, on July 1st. I received multiple emails confirming my reservation and giving pick up instructions. I then receive a phone call on the 4th of July (a day before my pickup) to tell me they don’t have the van at this location. I try to call back the number, but never reach anyone (presumably because it’s a holiday.) When I finally got a hold of someone the next day (the day of my pickup) I am told that the only 12 passenger van available was at the airport… and that to rent the same van (just in a different location) it would be double the price. While trying to locate earlier emails confirming my reservation I discover that they are no longer in my inbox. Fortunately, I took a screen shot of the original quote (this is the only reason Avis said they’d honor the original price.) I am still in the process of receiving a refund, and if this process goes like the rest of my experience, I’m not going to receive a refund. Avis is a company that tries to take advantage of it’s “customers”. Waiting until the day before my reservation to tell me they don’t have the van and to get the van I reserved it will be double the price is absolutely unacceptable. I will never rent from Avis again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this corrupt company.

I booked the rental and they called and said they didn’t have it at their location, they had it at a location 7mins away. So I drove 45mins to the other location and waited for 15mins because there was no one at the desk and when they did arrive they told me that they didn’t have the specific car that I booked and the cars they did have was $15 or $30 a day more.
Didn’t have any cars. Also you have to use credit card not debit. Don’t come here unless you have credit card. I reserved that morning when I got the waited 20 in line to be told I had to have credit card. My husband had waited a while but my special needs son needed feed so he had left and I was stranded.I just had back surgery and can barely walk. There was other rental place 9 min walking distance but by the time I got there it was closed. I had to call Lyft to get home.
