I canceled the rental 2 weeks in advance and they still charged me $100.00 !

Really appreciated the reservation assistant, friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we booked the reservation, we selected "Supplier Choice". We'll it was a "Sub-compact" and would not accommodate 4, of course, we needed an upgrade. It would been my suggestion, not to offer this option, as with my experience this option was not a benefit to the consumer. Also, to add a Driver to our rental was an Extra $30+ dollars per day. To us this seems unreasonable as my wife and I share the same insurance policy. Seems like an unreasonable requirement. Overall, we're happy with our rental experience.
