Forget trying to talk to a person to understand or review your booking. Hertz charges 5% on top of the rental to speak to a person.

It wasn’t explained very well how to take the car. She just said look for the big number 3 but there weren’t any cars right under the sign. It wasn’t until a different attendant walked by that it was explained that we could pick any car that was in the 3 row

Everything was great except that it took over 45 minutes to get the car, and was surprised that there were additional taxes that Hertz required me to pay that we’re not part of the prepaid reservation.

I called to change my drop-off location and I asked if there out be a charge for returning it to the airport instead of the location I booked initially. The representative said there would be no charge, but I was charged an $10 anyway. Otherwise, the rental experience was okay
