We had a problem with the smell of the car. We had asked for a no smoking car and when we picked up we were assured all cars were no smoking. We reported it to Hertz so they could fix for next customer. The Hertz representative accused us of creating the small in the car and said they would determine if they would charge us a cleaning fee! We did not have time to return the car for another because we were in a hurry to get to a wedding. They were very rude!!! I will never rent from Hertz Again!!

Renting at Hertz in Helena was quick and easy. The rental car was a bit too low to the ground for comfortable use.
Pros:Bryan was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good car rental experience. It was so nice to experience great customer service.

I liked the cleanliness. Where to take the car back was not explained. Way too expensive for low grade car. Car not good on gas. Will not use Hertz again.🤔
