Overall, my experience was good. The store could not get the vehicle that I had requested but offered a suitable replacement. I received courteous, professional help when I picked up the car, and the return process at the airport was easy. Just as I was making my way out the door to pick up the vehicle, I noticed an email teasing a "curbside dropoff" plan. Making a one-way rental to an airport, I wondered how the program worked. Would I have to drop my family and luggage first, return the vehicle, and then be taken back to the terminal? Would a driver meet us and drop my whole family with our luggage off at the terminal curb? The email didn't provide details or answers. Clicking a link in the mail wasn't very helpful to me either. The staff at the store where I picked up the vehicle was not aware of the program. After I picked up and the vehicle and had more time, I called customer service and was told that it was too late to add this service anyway since I had already picked up my rental. This (maybe--I still don't know) could have been a useful service for us if it works the way I think it might and if it had been easier to get more information. So I may have missed out on something that could have made our departure at the airport easier. Still and all, the vehicle was great, the staff helpful, and the on-line reservation easy to make.
