Was told I needed insurance when I paid for car so this was on top basically it more than doubled the price which to be fair was reasonable anyhow so ended up paying over £60 quid and could afford that. Car was spot on easy to drive although brakes not the best but I drive a sports hatchback so not going to be comparable to an i20 I guess. PIck up was easy although out of town and I forgot my passport so they took me to apartment which was not far from airport and sorted that out which was great. I was offered a lift back as location out of town but 10-15 euros was price I said no as a taxi is 2euro50 into city so that was basically trying to rip me off that on top of the insurance is why it's a low score. Everything else was perfect.
Booked online. When I arrived to collect the car they wanted additional money for winter tires. Which was more money than it cost me to hire the car. Winter tires were not required for where I was to use it. Also it wasn't stipulated I needed them and the price should have been included as I then couldnt take the car unless I paid. I didn't take the car. I received a refund from the third party not green motion be very wary they will try it with everybody.
It was a rip off. They've charged me much more than agreed while booking. They still haven't paid the deposit back

Too long for pickup and drop off. Only one person at the desk, takes long for administration. You can not just drop off the keys, you need to go back to the office and wait and wait ….before you are allowed to go. The car was clean, almost brand new. Do not recommend due to administrative process.

Required to deposit full value of car in order to avoid insurance add-on. I find such an outlay unreasonable and insistent with other companies.
