The car was great. They gave me a small upgrade which is appreciated. But the car’s Apple Car Play didn’t work and the car had visible damage that wasn’t fixed. Instead of putting a hold on my credit card, they charged me a hefty fee to be given back upon returning the car. By the time they give it back (up to 2 weeks after I bring the car) , the amount will be so much less due to poor economy in Turkiye. They should simply put a hold on the card and NOT CHARGE FULLY at that point. This is greed, simple greed.

Pick up experience at Dalaman Airport was great, friendly and helpful staff, no wait. Return (in Antalya) was good too, though slower because of the lengthy process of checking the car condition upon return.

Staff did a great job. Car was great and safe. The airport could use a sign to let renters know where to go to return car.
I cancelled the car rental. Your staff (in South America : Central America) is RUDE! I don’t know how you hire your customer service people but they are of no help, spiteful, no problem solving ability and have ZERO empathy. Change your staff and be more selective!

They did not have the reservation on their system as it was a US reservation. I had to wait for 2 hours before they could get a Car for me
It was literally a horrible experience! I called the office two days before I arrive in Turkey to make sure they had a vehicle ready for me but the lady on the phone wasn’t sure of anything she said they cannot guarantee me the class and the size of a vehicle I’m looking for (which I reserve months ahead because I was coming with my family and five luggage is )so I canceled it. I even called them and email a complaints.But got no where The person name Asmin Yoldas from Customer relation was not helpful at all. I recommend you guys don’t partner with this company. They are very unprofessional they don’t hold up to their name for sure.
The person at the pickup desk was so rude impolite unprofessional! Try to deceive me by telling me the security deposit is $$ but he punched in more money in the Machine but I saw the difference ! He tried to hustle with the daily insurance rate and gave me unbelievable rate even though I come to trabzon at least 3 times a year and I know the prices! When try to discuss things with him he try to make fun of me! and raise his voice trying to intimidate me! He is a disgrace to the company The worst experience I have ever had in rental companies in my entire life without a doubt!!! having said that , at time of returning the car, it was a different story, the gentleman was very polite and extremely professional!

THE CAR FUEL TANK WAS EMPTY WHEN I COLLECTED IT AT 1 AM IN THE MORNING
Brilliant experience! This involved a smooth admin / documentation process at the arrivals window; outstanding attendant that prepared and loaded the car with baggage; provided water and information to assist with the transition; an clean car that was up to standard; a simple drop-off process at the airport; and finally a quick refund of the deposit. Only drama was that the booking description of the vehicle on Momondo (estate intermediate wagon) did not match the records at Enterprise. I suspect this is an issue from Momondo's end. Also, very little information on terms and conditions on Momondo website regarding deposit, excess amount, rental conditions etc. This should be much more clear. Although Momondo refers to read the terms and conditions - there are none to be found throughout the process. This should be rectified as I thought I was taking a risk at the time of booking and left it to chance. Finally, the car was not available at the Enterprise office and I was provided with a genuine upgrade. Thank you Enterprise for the exceptional experience.

We picked the car up near Kusadasi, having rented it online the night before. Car was comfortable and almost new. We returned it 4 days later with no problems, and they gave us a ride to the bus station so we could continue our trip. I’ve rented from Enterprise before, never had anything to complain about.

We ordered an automatic small car, when we arrived to the office to get the reserved car, it turned out that they don’t have any car of the similar car, not even automatic and the total price was even higher than the automatic cars, not recommend their service

It was a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone; it’s not the first time I rent a car in Turkey and all previous experiences with other companies were good, this company was the worst I ever dealt with. I booked a car that fits 5 persons and 4 bags that should be a Grand Cherokee or similar as mentioned in my booking , they wanted to give me a car that fits only 2 bags and wanted me to pay extra charges to get the one I have rented!!! I walked to other companies and rented a big Scoda one that answered my need with less price.
Delay when picking up informed me no basic insurance which make me pay for it over all not welcoming experience

I was charged a AED 729.16 as deposit which was fully refundable within 24 hours of returning the car however only AED 174.56 was refunded without any explanation or statement of expense. I had taken the Luxury car from Budget from Konya to Pamukkale (Denizli Airport). This is absolutely cheating the customers. Until now I have no clue what the deduction regarding.
