Received the car with gas light on. Needed to put fuel in the car immediately. Employee had no understanding of procedures if the car gets involved in an accident. Had no number to give or insurance company info to give.
Because of the weather I guess they didn’t clean the outside so I had to clean the backup camera because I was not able to see out of it at all. But great overall for the price of a SUV
Do not user, pay extra for a different company like enterprise
Horrible. Scammers. They would not honor our reservation. Said it was a busy weekend and only had more expensive cars. Acted like"jeeze, we're real sorry, here's all we can do" No way to run a business. So we left and ended up screwed anyway. Also watch out, they charge extra for after hours drop off
Unprofessional staff, $500+ deposits, 0700pm return time or extra charge. I cancel the rental but of course nothing is done.
