Arrived at rental counter and it was closed said moved to budget closed budget moved to Avis line was 30 plus deep. Took 45 minutes then offered a 12 passenger van. I reserved a Kia Rio or similar. 12 passenger van is not similar to a Kia Rio. Then offered a full size truck. That was all they had. I was there for my mother’s 82nd birthday. Can not get her in a high off the ground full size truck. Forced to borrow a vehicle to get her around. What happened is us late arrival people at the airport were left with the undisirable vehicles. Not a good rental experience

I would absolutely not book with this company again. The check-in process took more than an hour. Cutting into the time I had reserved for our trip. There was only one person working the booth who claimed there was something wrong with the system. Turns out it was the printer? We watched as other lines came and went with no solution. What is the point of booking ahead and paying ahead if we are still charged a fee and made to wait so long? In addition, they said we needed to sign something on paper (apparently we couldn’t sign electronically) the attendant made us WALK to another agency to go pick up the form. Which apparently, was just a receipt. We didn’t even sign anything! The car we booked was not even available and the car pick up process took another 20 minutes! Car was washed from outside but seats were stained, crumbs under seats, not great interior cleanliness. Over all terrible experience.
