Tesla couldn’t drive 30 minutes without draining 20% of the battery. Had to charge the car once or twice a day. Each day our trip was filled with anxiety because we didn’t know if we could make it to where we wanted to go and had to constantly look for a charger. Budget didn’t care. Argued with us. We got four different solutions and promises from four different people and ultimately just screwed over.

I had only a debit card and no outgoing flight so Budget refused to rent even though I had reserved online and had been charged to my debit card. I want my money back. If you can get my card charge refunded i will be happy. Also make it clear that you only accept “credit” cards and not debit cards. Also what’s up with needing an outgoing flight—I’m a local and needed a car cause mine was in the shop. Please fix this

I rented a car for 5 days and have been charged for 5 weeks, after I turned the car back in on the 5th day. Scam!
Never was able to pick up the car due to them being closed. Had to rent from another agency. Seems like a chronic issue they have according to other rental car agencies on site.

Fox Rental Is Not A Good Company & I Will Not Rent From Them Again. When Asked If I Wanted Minimum Or Maximum Coverage, I Said Neither. I Have My Own Insurance. They Charged Me Anyway. When I Called CS To Straighten Out The Bill, They Told Me They Would Give Me Credit On My Next Rental. I Told Them, I Didn't Want Credit, I Wanted A Refund ($44.97). They Said If I Didn't Take The Credit, I Would Not Get Anything Back.

The staff was extremely accommodating when I picked up the vehicle because the one originally selected for me was too big and would have been difficult for me to maneuver around. They were diligent in finding me the right vehicle and very understanding.

The reservation was incorrect and tried to correct it but was not allowed. I did not pick the dates that appeared, but no one would listen and simply stated that is what you chose. The credit card was charged with no use of a car. I even called afterwards and the company stated there was nothing anyone could do. Our company has used them before, but because of this error on their part will not use again. For a couple of hundred dollars they will loose thousands???? I still rented, but at the airport kiosk.
I was told i did not need to pay for anything else yet the person chqrged me with insurance and would not let me take the car unless i paid for it.

Nice car, clean, quick check in. Car did need an oil change so kept getting messages about it. Car also had a small windshield crack but I had taken photos of the car at pickup and pointed it out at drop off. I was impressed with the gas mileage it got too (ford escape).

We were sent to the garage to pick up our car after checking in at the Alamo desk. There was no one to be found in the garage to select a car. I was with my wife and 7 month old child and the garage was freezing cold. After around 10 minutes of looking for someone to help us, a nice man who worked for the airport (and NOT Alamo) was kind enough to help us get a car. We then had to select a car seat and install it ourselves in the cold. No one checked to make sure it was installed properly. I am sure this is a safety violation of any rental car standards at a minimum. The whole ordeal took over 30 minutes causing us to almost miss our flight in Austin. I will never rent from Alamo again.

Poor experience on pick up, one hour wait for agent Poor experience with car selection, I reserved a Compact and they said no one available so I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE ONLY ONE MODEL THEY HAD!!! VERY EXPENSIVE DIFFERENCE OUT OF MY BUDGET Poor experience on deliver, very rude people at your parking lot boot I still do not have my Invoice My business partner uses always Avis and was warning me about Hertz rude manners

It would have been so much more convenient to pick up in my hometown. Unfortunately I had to travel out of town to pick up and drop the car off. Other than that it was convenient dropping it off. I was a bit concerned that there was no inspection done along with a rep before and after.

Friendly staff was extremely helpful with car pick up.
The check in process took 1 hr on a Monday morning. And the line to leave the parking lot took an additional 25 minutes. Pretty unacceptable.

Went into the rental under the assumption I was paying for what I had signed up for and upon returning the vehicle Hertz charged me almost TRIPLE what the original cost was. I didn't return it with any damage to the vehicle or anything like that and upon talking to someone on the phone their overall response was sucks to be you. I'll never rent from them again.
Like that they're in-terminal. HATE that they gave me an electric car and were very, very rude saying it was my only choice for a car and I should be happy they were serving me at all at such a late hour (I'm not kidding or exaggerating).

Liked the agent at pick-up. They said I'd get a RAM Rebel, but I got the Classic 1500, no running boards, no bed-liner, no push-button ignition (kinda hard to get used to inserting keys), but it did have SiriusXM.

The entire process was great except for the initial pick up. Took way too long, que of about 10 people and the line moved painfully slowly. Perhaps I am spoiled, but I'm a 10 year member of Hertz Gold and I'm used to getting my vehicle within seconds. This was a chance to get me to switch loyalties, but losing almost an hour just to the "get the vehicle" process put a quash on that idea.
Luckily a manager was able to help. But I was uncharged over $100 dollar and told I had to include their insurance.. After doing a little digging I learned that was not true and luckily had the fees removed

The pick up and drop off was perfect. Quick, organized, as good as it can be. Only problem - our rental was filthy inside and out. I’m not being picky here, the cup holders were literally still full of crumbs, the car was covered in bugs, and we found papers and items from the previous renters in the car. We were assured several times that it was clean, even as we pointed out the mess. If this is their idea of clean. . .
