Had a 9am appointment, there were 60-70 people there in big lines … Avis overbooked reservations vs number of cars they had. By 11am (approximately) we got a car that had no gas in it, low fuel Light on. Employees were doing there best to deal with a problem they didn’t create - but not a pleasant experience for us (with elderly wheel chair grandparents with us) or for anyone else there

There was a very long line to pick up, but the staff was very efficient and kind. Drop-off was a bit complex because it was not clear that one must access the parking and head to the 5th floor, but after figuring it out, everything was very quick and smooth. Great experience!

When renting a car a few days prior in Orlando (and dropping off to this exact location) we were given the option for picking out what car we wanted and it was a REALLY nice thing. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and it was great to pick a car that really meet our needs and didn't beak the bank. This time we were assigned cars. There were other people at the counter renting in the same catagory as us who were getting to pick or were getting offered the brand new crossovers that were coming in. We had and older car and it was cramped- especially seeing how we ended up needing to drive back to NY in it after some other travel plans changed suddenly

Very rude staff. Talked to multiple individuals but they both were equally rude. And their expressions were clearly saying - we don’t care about customer satisfaction, we are all about money! Not even tried to show that they are willing to help. Will never ever deal with this company again!!

Picking up was a painful experience. The line was extremely long, which is understandable considering it is near the cruise ship port. The building was hot and jammed pack with people. There was no space for clear line. It took over 2.5 hours to pick up a vehicle. They definitely needed more agents, and probably more agents getting the dropped off vehicles ready. My car was clean but I heard complaints around me of dirty cars. The agents were friendly, even under the circumstances and they allowed me to pick up a car even though my original booking was not at that location. I wouldn't pick up from this location again.

We waited in line for 2 hours. Lots of people, lots of confusion. The staff seems very overworked and tired. They were doing the best they could but the process of picking up the car was horrible.
