I rocked up on time. They gave me a different car to what was booked, didn’t even take pictures or walk around the vehicle just tried to get me out the door in a hurry. Car was coming up with maintenance warning lights on the dash. Car would vibrate uncomfortably above 60 MPH. Low tire pressure, so I took it back the next day and it took them 2 and a half hours to swap out the vehicle for a new one. Which also had a service warning light on the dash. Both vehicles smelt awful inside as well. Overall worst experience with a car rental company. They clearly don’t look after their vehicles and dont care about customer satisfaction.

Have employees that don't close the store early. That is what could be done to have a better experience. I went to go pick up my time at the assigned pickup time and they told me they cannot release the card to me because they had already closed up for the day. The gentleman then handed me to pamphlets and said I can rent a car at the airport if I still need one, mind you the nearest airport to me is at least half an hour away. Will never rent a car from there in the future due to that horrible experience. I went to Enterprise and they manage to give me a car in about 10 minutes, and I have never rented from them before.
