This company is the worst. While flying across Canada enterprise called me while I was in flight and had no service. After a$ 75 cab from the airport to the rental place they told me they rented out the car I had reserved and didn't have anything for me, leaving me stranded. If you reserve anything with this service call ahead before you waste time and money.

Friendly staff. Upgraded our rental. We only rent from Enterprise and always very satisfied.
When we arrived for our booked time. We were told they did not have the type of vehicle (truck) availble and that it would be 30-45 minutes wait. Unfortunately, we did not have that kind of time to wait as we had an appointment to be at with the truck. Avis disappointed us and it ended up creating a domino effect. The item we needed to pick up with the truck ended up going to someone else because we were not able to transport it. Had we had the truck, we would have been able to have got our item and gone about our day. We will not rent with Avis again due to their lack of reliability, and lack of communication.

The Kia was on the small side of intermediate but was fine.
Having two employees offering to drive us back to the airport and then refusing a gratuity as ‘it’s part of the service’ was a pleasant surprise. It was the same young fellow that came back out to the car upon our arrival to program out GPS. Overdelivering never gets old!

I have rented from Driving Force every time I go out to Western Canada in the past 5 years. They are always the best price and give me better vehicle then what I select on the reservation. The only fault I can find, is the Airport location only has limited hours of operation so if you have an early flight or late arrival, they are closed.
Car still had chezzies in back seat, overall very good.

They did not have ANY appropriate car seats for our 2 year old to use. They also did not provide any adequate shuttle to and from the airport. There was zero customer service and the Hertz company is impossible to get a hold of.

I had no problem with Hertz. My problem was with Kayak. The deal was $12 per day for 21 days. That makes US$336, which converts to about CAN$440: not the $555.71 that I was charged. I received a no reply email which said that a receipt was attached, but there was no attachment, which meant that I could not challenge the credit card charge. I will never again use Kayak.
