Cons:They almost bring the microscopic Scientists From NASA to check all the Microspots around the vehicle... It took almost 30 min. To swipe the whole area... This is location on Madrid by Ronda de Atocha Corruption just like in Mexico

Pick up was excellent. Our flight had been delayed but all went well. The staff in Madrid was friendly and helpful. The drop off was a little rough as they seem to have been understaffed, we had to wait quite a while to drop off the car. Fortunately we weren't running for our flight, but we observed other customers who were very nervous about catching their flights. They need to separate the pick-up and drop-off counters as many other rental companies do. The staff was friendly even under pressure.
