I didn't take this car because the line to pick it up was an hour long and I didn't have that kind of time to spare. It's one thing to offer Thrifty pricing to get consumers to buy; it's quite another if you can't deliver with timely service.

Everything was great except for pickup. The person at the desk was extremely rude and was rushing even though I was the only person in line. Even though I bought third party insurance he told me it wasn't valid without giving me a good reason. I will be going back to enterprise.

The staff at Thrifty in Houston was so kind and that’s what really made the experience great. They all greeted me with a smile and were so kind!

Stood in line for almost two hours. They had two staff working and 85 people waiting to get a car. Guy at the counter basically told me I wasted my money on the insurance I purchased when I booked the car. Car was almost 550 dollars for 4 days and was a total piece of junk. Car had 30k miles, but felt like it had been around for 200k. If you're going to Houston use hertz or enterprise.

Absolutely hate this company! They didn’t send information prior about having to use a credit card for an SUV rental. then wouldn’t let me change drivers to my husband, who had a credit card on hand. Said that because I went through RentalCar, as the third party through Kayak, I would have to cancel with them. When I did that they then told me that they had no card available. They had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experience.
