Car pu was very very slow bc only 1 person serving. Car drop off was a pain as location is well away from airport and needed to wait for shuttle ( driver was great though). Then needed to take another shuttle to terminal- almost missed flight.
Very disorganized pickup. 90+ minute wait in line.
I love the car and how easy it was to return it. I think having more than two people at the desk on a Saturday could improve the customer service as we waited in line for more than we expected. Thank you!
The address shown on map could be more specific, it is hard to find the rental place
The customer service was terrible at pickup. I had to wait over an hour in line because the tellers moved so slowly and then the car wasn’t ready when I was finally seen. I will not be renting from this company again.
