Booked full size suv then told at counter midsize was booked not full size not sure why full size on paper work hertz counter person explained would be extra charge to upgrade and would be manual transmission as no automatic vehicles available , check engine light and vehicle was running rough at times , washer motor wasn’t working and one of the tires had a gouge out of the sidewall

Thrifty screwed me - didn’t have a car and I had to eat over half the costs from a pre pay as thrifty and the pick up location turned their back and didn’t process as though they did not fill the order. And refuse to correct it - I am wasting time fighting this now and warn everyone against paying in advance ecspecially with Thrifty - and the pickering location
