Wij hadden een peugeot 308 SW besteld en ter plaatse kregen we te horen dat we een VW I bus 100 % elektrisch kregen. We schrokken in de eerste plaats omdat we nog nooit elektrisch gereden hadden en geen ander model kregen. Gelukkig is Corsica heel goed voorzien van laadpunten en hebben we genoten van onze ritjes door het mooie Corse.

The car was good However, we were charged 50€ more with no explanation. Hertz was not able to explain why this extra cost is applied when asked. The car rented to us without prior cleaning

When we picked up the car we specifically asked if we needed to fill up the gas tank and the representative at the desk said no. We also used google translate to make sure our communication was understood correctly. When we dropped off the car the representative said we needed to fill the car up with gas when dropping off. We did not receive a written or emailed contract stating that we needed to fill up. We were charged an exorbitant amount without prior warning. This was a horrible experience. I would like to be credited for this outrageous charge.

I did not receive my car at all! I had my credit card but I am not using it for online payments, so they were blocked. It turned out that this is a problem and they couldn’t provide me with my car. And the girl on reception spoke only French..

Very easy communication, everything solved within minutes, no troubles. Even didnt care about potential micro scratches, just serious demages, so they didnt try to push the insuran etc. Incredibly easy going service.

The local rental office did not accepted the reservation we made with Priceline/Kayak. Instead they offered a more expensive contract. Very upsetting.

The price indicated on Kayak and Priceline is significantly different from the price you will have to pay at the counter. Car was clean, but please remember to take pictures of every scratch as their own way of keeping track is rather shady and ambiguous.
