Van Hire in London, England

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the vehicle having a faulty tire on the way back to the Budget shop and had to deal with a flat. The roadside service representative informed us that the tire tread was too low, and that the tire tread was pulling away from the tire on the inside - and was highly likely in that poor condition when we first picked up the vehicle. As a result, I would suggest that Budget make closer safety inspections of their vehicles. This was an incredible imposition, and could have been an extremely dangerous outcome if we had not stopped when we had.

Nothing really all quite professional

Taking the Delivery was really pathetic and the staff was really rude. Drop in facilities was super easy efficient and comfortable.

Like having a known company. Have rented from other companies where I had to go to some little office well off site. Hertz rental location was easy to find, clean and well staffed. I knew that I could return the car after office hours and find someone there to return the car to. Their choice of car options was also important. Finally they offered a generous mileage allowance - 700 miles for 7 days.

Lovely experience from pick up to drop off

All good but the car was very dirty on the outside as it looks like it had rained and there was dust all over the car. Beautiful inside though

It was extremely difficult to cancel my reservation well in advance and I still have not been refunded.

Big mistake to rent from this company! Got to heathrow airport at 22:00 to find out their shuttle bus stop service at 21:30 , no one picks up the phone and you get an email for the customer to check in to confirm eligibility to rent a car like you applying for a job in her majesty’s government !! The dumbest thing I ever heard ! So no car and they got paid
