The property is directly opposite a Nisa Local convenience store where you can get all your drinks and groceries. Splott is a great neighbourhood just on the east side of the city centre with a great selection of local bakeries and takeaways. Take a walk into the town centre in less than 20 minutes, or grab a cab and you'll be there in 5 minutes. Free parking is available on the street directly outside the property. *HOT TUB: The Cloudstream hot tub is maintained and available all year round and on request after booking. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled with fresh water, heated and balanced before every stay. There is a one off charge of £60 payable on arrival for the preparation and set up. The hot tub can only be operated between the hours of 9am and 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours and in line with our standard quiet time rules. We'll quickly show you how to use the simple electronic controls when you check in so you can jump in, relax and enjoy the warm invigorating bubbles. We use noise monitoring devices across all our properties to ensure our quiet time and no parties rule is observed. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot record or listen to any activity in the property. Our properties have both residents and neighbours in adjacent properties that we must respect at all times.
