Pros:The crew was very good.
Cons:The seats were uncomfortable and there was not enough room; I'm pretty skinny. My seat assignment was changed without my consent.

Cons:There needs to be a crew member further back in the plane during boarding. Everyone was given instruction, one by one upon boarding, that all small bags and backpack should go under seats due to full flight. When I boarded toward the beginning of group 3... the back of the plane was fairly full of passengers, but they had put their luggage including small bags and backpacks, in the front over head bins! I wish I had taken a picture. seats empty but over head bins full. Utterly ridiculous and rude. Online check-in was also difficult, web page is almost not functional. Both legs of trip I had to call and talk to at least 2 people in order to be sent my email confirmation with receipt for the extra bag I paid. Both times took at least an hour due to being on hold and getting disconnected before resolution. I have traveled for years and have never written a complaint until now.
