First, the airline canceled my return flight leaving me and my family stranded. I spent 5 hours at the airport trying m to get on another flight. They only provided a 15 food voucher for their mistake. Will never fly with this airline again. Beware

Everything was on time. Staff was unfriendly and cold, no service with a smile. Food was terrible. Need to improve that.

On the way, it was United. Not so good for every thing, very poor foods, not so good service! But on the way back. It was ANA, suddenly changed! Very good service. Foods also were much better!!
