business class seat at sleep mode is like soldier foxhole

Better communication system and for them not to have lost my luggage.

Delayed flights three times and no reasonable credit for the excessive delayed flight stay. On top of that my luggage got lost.

I inexplicably got put on standby on my return flight due to "overbooking." I did end up on the flight, but doing this to non-citizen passengers on international flights, especially with no advance notice, creates worry and potential inconvenience. I was not pleased; plane tickets are too costly to play games like this.
