NovAir doesn’t currently have a loyalty programme to offer to its customers. However, there are some great benefits you can receive with NovAir reservations. Whilst there is no first-class cabin offered, the economy class is very comfortable. You’re allowed one item of free checked luggage for the flight and can get snacks and drinks on board, which vary depending on the length of your journey. There is also a celebration package passengers can pre-book, which includes sparkling wine and chocolate. Unfortunately, there is no wi-fi or in-flight entertainment to use on board NovAir flights.
When you book NovAir tickets, you are able to take one item of checked luggage for free, which must not weigh more than 32kg. You are able to purchase additional items of checked luggage, should you wish. For carry-on luggage, you can take a backpack, laptop bag, handbag or other small item into the cabin. These can’t weigh more than 5kg per item and are not allowed to exceed the dimensions of 66.04 x 40.64 x 22.86 cm. Bikes can be checked in with this airline; this comes at an additional cost, and it must be in a suitable bike bag or bike box.
Unfortunately, you are not able to take pets on board Novair flights, in the cabin or in the hold. The primary reason for this is the health and safety of everyone on board. However, there are options for you to transport your pet with affiliate pet-shipping schemes. If you have a disability or a mobility issue and require a service animal or guide dog to travel with you, you are able to take it into the cabin with you. You must ensure it is under your control throughout the journey. When you make NovAir reservations, you must inform them if you plan to travel with a service dog.
