The car was filthy
Rented me a car with worn out tires. Noisy bearings and steering shake at 65 mph. Tried to charge me for gas. I showed agent my tank indicator and receipt.. claimed her computer was down and could not fix. Still waiting on resolution.

The car was missing at the spot they gave me, but they were able to assign me a different car right away, but then the QR code didn't update for my new car, even though I clicked on the link from the new text. They also gave me an SUV when I would have preferred the economy car I requested.
