Armada did not provide enough cargo space and smelled of cigarette smoke.
Easy pick up and return, and especially friendly staff interactions during pick up.
We got upgraded to a larger size and class when the staff member noticed we had trouble fitting all our luggage into the booked car. Awesome car for a ling roadtrip, and a great experience overall.
Pros:The pick up was super simple, the person at the counter was friendly and efficient. Vehicle was waiting for us and the guy in the lot was great. Very friendly helped answer questions about the area and gave us some recommendations. Drop was also simple, they were crazy busy and didn’t miss a beat.
Cons:The only thing I can think of is letting people know they need 3 forms of ID.
If you get a 15 passenger Ford Van from Enterprise, you may want to have a step stool. Anyone who has slight mobility issues, will find entry/exit to the van a bit of a challenge without the extra step. No "running boards" on the van.
