Worst experience ever. Called in the am to tell me they did not have a car but would have one later that day. I called two hours to verify they would have a car before close. They told me they were waiting on the truck to arrive with the SUV’s and were given permission to stay after close until all customers received their rental. Needless to say it’s been a week after my reservation and never received my rental. The company did not make any type of follow up call about my rental. I was forced to find another vehicle during my kids spring break. This reservation was made a month in advance AND they called me a couple days prior of the reservation to confirm. I will never rent from Budget again.

I was told that I would get a receipt by email, and I have not gotten one yet. I have to turn the receipt in to get reimbursed but I have not gotten a receipt.

I needed to switch the drop off location. Budget wanted to charge me $300 to do so! Ridiculous! I was prepared to pay $100, but $300 is insulting & greedy.

Van had seats falling apart and debris and trash including Mcdonalds wrappers and old burger. I've never seen anything like it. Was sent all around the city trying to find a replacement van and then when they gave me the keys, that van had trash in it as well. Sent pictures and Budget wasn't very responsive.
