Horrible experience First I secured my reservation with my debit card And when I went to go pick up the rental they told me I COULD NOT use a debit card .. which I know is not true because I have used it before to rent cars .. so overall awful experience Would never rent from this location again Lucky my friend was able to rent the car and we still didn’t end up with what we wanted and got a pickup truck after we said we didn’t want it NO WAY will I rent from Budget again

The person in the front desk did her best to satisfy my need. I made a reservation a couple of months in advance to ensure availability of a 15 passengers van, but only 12 persons van was available at the time of pickup. This was going to be a week with my entire family (14 persons) going back and forward in the same vehicle. 3 of my 6 grandkids require the use of car seats and, with a 12 passenger van, there was no way to make space for the entire group. Very sad for my wife and me.

Windshield fluid ran out but when I filled, it didn't work. Had trouble manually cleaning the windshield throughout the drive.

Efficient Friendly It really helped that I prepaid The return of the car to a different location than pickup was great. The chap said,” Thankyou for the car. We need cars here today!” It took less than 2 minutes to ‘take the car back’

Where's Sanford? Don't know about Sanford, but I can tell you about Orlando. I remember a story about a family on vacation, And they stopped for gas. They all went inside to use the restroom. They all came out, got back in, and went on their merry way. After about 10 minutes, the mother noticed her 5 year old was eating a cookie. As she couldn't recall buying cookies, she asked little Buford where he got the cookie. He replied " on the floor in the bathroom."
