There was no sign at pickup and the first car I received was not operating properly so I had to swap the 2nd day. All that was easy enough although very annoying. The staff at this location is chill and helpful. Intake/ pickup was a bit odd because they ask for two pieced of phot ID. This was a new request and if I was not coming from international I would not have had my passport or a second photo ID. Overall a fine experience but with hiccups.

Only concern is current cost per day rental charges. $100 per day for a Toyota Corolla car or equivalent Mid size is exorbitant.

We were charged an extra $13.50 per day for an extra driver and those fees weren't clear when booking, which is frustrating.

It was a disaster. They didn’t have the cars we got. We have to wait for almost one hour at the airport!

I got my car after waiting for 40-45 mins. Also, the car was not that good. When I apply brakes, it used to give a jerk before stopping. There were lots of scuff marks on the car (which I had to show it to the agent before I complete pick up). Car was lagging in pickup when applied with acceleration.
